Selected FF&E Selections and material specification for the 40,000 sq. ft villa. All material boards and selections were provided by me when I was only a junior designer. It was a great experience to have the responsibility of this project. It taught me how to prepare for presentations, deliver quality design to a client, create budgets, manage specs and quotes.

Timeline: Dec. 2015- January 2016- Project canceled due to permitting issues
